Returns
We offer both a refund or exchange option (same value only) within 30 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Some exceptions are made during the Holidays. Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th must be done by January 31st. Be sure to retain your packing slip as it must be included with your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Sale items

To complete your return, please include a copy of your packing slip.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds
If it's been 30 days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Free items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or free items are final sale.

Exchanges
Exchanges maybe subject to a $6.00 restocking fee per item. Please send the item you wish to exchange to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless product is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product will vary.

If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
